Payment Options

We are a contracted provider for all insurances and HMO's. Your insurance company may require you to provide us with a prescription from your referring physician, as well as an insurance referral from your primary care doctor. Please contact us with any questions.

We also have a low cost program for use of our gym after completion of your physical therapy treatments.

Direct payments may be made with Visa and Mastercard, or by check or cash.
